Looking for a healthy, safe, and natural way to boost your family's immune systems without all the yucky side effects? Elderberry syrup is a wonderful option! Elderberries contain natural anti viral and anti bacterial properties. Taking elderberry can help you stay healthy, but it can also help you get well faster if you do get sick. Studies have shown that people who took elderberry got well 4 days faster than those taking a placebo!
Store bought elderberry syrup is pricey and can contain extra ingredients and additives. Simply dump the packet in water, simmer, strain, and sweeten with your sweetener of choice! All ingredients are 100% USDA Organic.

I bought several of these last Christmas to give as gifts for my family members. Slowly but surely they're realizing the benefits of elderberry syrup as we make it through flu season. I personally like to get the large packet for myself and my own family, but this is a great place to start.
